TGIF!

And happy spring (ha-ha)! Sunday was spent exploring Olana State Historic Site, Frederic Church’s architectural masterpiece and former home and studio in the Hudson Valley. Definitely visit this landmark estate if you get the chance! It’s been a week full of productive meetings with our clients, including the wonderful people behind Flying Carpet Theatre and Pizza Moto, respectively. We work with an awesome and diverse repertoire of clients, and we’re grateful for our continuing partnership as we help them achieve their goals. We’ve also been working on some fun branding and illustration projects that we’re excited to share– stay tuned for more!

Around the Neighborhood

Alas, the latest MTA fare hike goes into effect this Sunday. In anticipation of this event, the Village Voice has the scoop on the MTA’s seemingly helpful Metro Card calculator, and a handy chart of amounts to refill your card without overpaying. Yay? Use your $2.50 Metrocard to ride the G Train to tonight’s spring Greenpoint Gallery Night, in which eleven of the neighborhood’s galleries are participating. Threes Brewing and Allagash Brewing Company are marking the change of seasons this Saturday afternoon with a day of saisons– the free admission-event at their Gownus brewpub includes a saison home-brew contest, food pairings, and the debut of Allagash Century Ale.
