There’s still plenty of summer left, and we can’t wait to soak up the sun this weekend. We’ve been busy working on typographic BBQ invitations, tiki party illustrations, and icon designs for a non-profit website, along with plenty of other cool projects during this warm week. Around the Neighborhood

It’s Target First Saturday tomorrow (8/1) at Brooklyn Museum, and this month’s event is a celebration of Caribbean heritage. From 5 to 11PM, check out live music ranging from traditional Afro Puerto Rican drumming to Cuban jazz piano to punk, reggae and hip-hop, as well as film screenings, art, and a pop-up carnival. Don’t miss out! All of these activities are free and open to the public.
