With its beautiful days and merciful temperatures, this week made it seem like not such a cruel summer. Though we’re enjoying every minute of this lovely weather, we’ve still been super-busy here at the studio. We’re excited to share some summer designs soon, and earlier this week, we also launched the website we created for Wash. Ave Rocks!, a block party thrown by the Washington Avenue Prospect Heights Association. Save the date for August 16th!

Around the Neighborhood
Saturday (7/25) is the 6th Annual Fort Greene Park Jazz Festival, a free, family-friendly celebration featuring excellent jazz acts as well as some cool giveaways. It’s going to be a beautiful day, so head to the park between 3PM and 7PM for live music in the summer sun. While you’re in the area tomorrow, pick up some beach reads at Greenlight Bookstore’s Mid-Summer Sidewalk Sale, which lasts from 10AM-5PM.
