Ah, winter. You bring us freezing temperatures, icy winds, and glacial sidewalks and subway stairs year after year, and yet we never quite feel prepared for braving these seasonal joys. Fortunately, Brooklyn is beautiful in the snow and there’s no shortage of BRC coffee in the studio to keep us going. We’ve been busy with meeting and web and print design projects all week, and we’re still stoked about all of the new additions to the McMillianCo. site. V-Day is almost upon us, and if you need a unique something for any sort of special someone, look no further than the Greenpointer’s Valentines Market. This annual event at the Greenpoint Loft features 60 local vendors, specially brewed craft beer from Greenpoint Beer & Ale, and some cool free activities. This is the last weekend to check out Henri Matisse: The Cut-Outs at MoMA, and due to the high volume of people who don’tt want to miss their last chance, the museum will be open all day and night. We saw this exhibition back in October and we can’t recommend it enough. If you’re not a member, head over to their website for timed tickets.
